Had such a wonderful time at this weekend 💚 BIG thank you to for thinking of me and connecting me with the wonderful I feel so special to have been able to be a part of such a soulful festival full of so many talented individuals.
On top of getting to introduce some delicious vegan pizza to my 5 yo son (which he barely let me have a bite of) we enjoyed checking out many talented artists while relaxing in the sun 🌞
I was able to flow and share some hoop tricks& techniques at the roots & wings tent on Sunday afternoon which absolutely filled my heart. I forgot how happy it makes me to watch that moment where someone connects with flow. Whether it’s putting two moves together, getting that trick you’ve been trying to get down, or simply figuring out how to move your hips to keep the hoop up. 😀
Little moments like this remind me what first brought me to hoops and re lit that fire inside that burns with a desire for me to share this with others.

Yoga Pose of the Day!

Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) pic 2
You can move from shoulder stand into plow pose, moving your body slowly through breath with control.
I enjoy plow pose for many reasons....it relieves and releases tension in the back and gives you a little mood boost (great pose for depression & anxiety)

(Shoulder stand -pic 2) Begin lying on your back, engage your core and raise your knees up into your chest. Place your hands on your back and slowly raise your b***y and legs into the air. Point your toes, engage your legs and clench your b***y. If you are stable you can place your hands on the ground and press them into your mat.
From shoulder stand, slowly lower your legs down behind your head. Go as far as feels good, if your body is feeling it allow your feet to touch the ground. Breath deeply.
