Waiting to be a Waitress is a musical comedy dinner play about an big time actress who has dreams of being a normal 9-5 waitress. This is the historic debut of the play right here in Pensacola’s Unity Entertainment Complex. THE BLOCKS UEC has come a long way from The Bunny Club days. Anything is possible in the historic, blues and jazz district of Belmont and DeVilliers, Pensacola, Florida.
