As a Wedding Day Coordinator, I assist wedding couples on the actual day of their wedding. I can help to alleviate a lot of the stress associated with the final days of planning as well as reduce the pressure often associated with the day-of logistics. This is ideal for those couples who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when the wedding day arrives, they need someone to execute all of their hard work and planning.
As your Wedding Day Coordinator, I will be focused and available to you to get everything organized as you lead up to the day of the wedding as well as execute all of your hard work and planning on the day of your wedding. I handle everything from setting up your wedding to organizing the wedding party, to making sure that each vendor knows exactly where they need to be and so much more.
As the wedding day approaches, I construct a detailed timeline and run of show for the day of the wedding, monitor and setup the wedding details, organize the bridal party and family for the ceremony as well as do damage control for anything that might come up on the day of the wedding. Think of me as your own personal wedding day ninja!
Services that are available are as follows:
· Professional Day of Wedding Coordinator onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management including timeline creation of events for the day of the wedding, and be the point of contact for your wedding vendors & guests should questions or issues arise. Every wedding includes (1) wedding coordinator.
· Wedding Party Rehearsal – Work with your officiant to make sure your rehearsal runs smoothly. I will be there to also coordinate and choreograph your entire bridal party and family, ensuring that everyone is comfortable walking down the aisle, knows their places, where to stand and sit, etc. — All while getting everyone off to the rehearsal dinner on time!
· 2-3 in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through. I want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!
· Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
· Venue walk-through to go over details of the wedding day.
· Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.
· Monthly email check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as planned.
· Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors – I keep everyone in check!
· Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.
· Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.
· Direct and line-up your bridal party for the ceremony.
· Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.
· Oversee that your reception runs and looks as planned.
· Cue musicians and entertainment.
· Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
· Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
· Retain the marriage license for officiant.
· Retrieve wedding gifts / cards ~ I will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.
· Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
