What Paw-di Gras Means to Us 💜🐾

Paw-di Gras is so much more than just a parade and event to us. It’s a celebration of community, love for our city, and our commitment to helping animals in need. 🐶💜

As Louisiana natives, Mardi Gras is in our hearts, and so are our pets. When we moved to Pensacola, we dreamt of bringing both loves together in a way that could make a real difference. Paw-di Gras was born from that dream, blending the joy of Mardi Gras with a passion for rescue animals and giving back.

Our mission is to build a space where pet lovers, local businesses, and our community come together to celebrate, support, and make a lasting impact for local rescues. Every sponsor, every vendor, every attendee helps us reach that goal, creating a ripple effect that supports our shelters and the animals that depend on them.

-Tattoo Designs: Jo & Midian have curated over three full pages of pre-designed dog and cat fine line tattoos, all priced at $100 each. (We will post the designs as soon as we get them)

-Custom Tattoos: Want a custom tattoo of your own pet? Add a note when booking your time slot and secure your spot for $125 (3x3 size). Larger designs may incur an additional fee. After booking, send a photo of your pet to 850-982-2545 with your name and appointment time, so the team can start on your design.

-Proceeds: Jo Rich will donate 15% of all proceeds to support the annual Pensacola Paw-di Gras event, and 100% of beer and wine donations will also go directly to the event and cause.

We are welcoming back the amazing voice of Josh Gay and the musical sounds of Hdycvt and DJ Nicholas Stearns for the 4th Annual event!

We are doing a surprise DOUBLE POINTS day for the 2025 Pups of Pensacola Calendar Contest! For today, August 10th, from 10 am to midnight, every minimum $5 donation will receive double points ($5 equals 10 voted, $10 equals 20 votes, etc.)

Head to the link below to vote for your favorite pup or pups. 100% of the proceeds after costs will go to the 4th Annual event and to help local animals in need through us and our benefactor, the Escambia County Department of Animal Welfare .
