Noah & I are in the kitchen tonight experimenting with 2 of our favorites—seared lobster tail & Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix!

We mixed up the biscuit mix as per box directions but Noah and I always add the seasoning packet to the dough. I also added 2 TBSP grated butter and 1/2 cup more water.

I cut the lobster tails down the middle, seasoned them, oiled them and seared them in a hot iron skillet for 3-4 minutes. I poured 1/2 cup melted butter with garlic salt on next.

I finished then off in a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. I diced the lobster meat and set it aside.

Spay the waffle iron very well and brush on some of the melted butter from the iron pan.

Add some of the biscuit mix, top with lobster pieces and enough dough to cover. Close the waffle iron and don’t open until the ready light is on.

Cut into triangles and serve with melted garlic butter for dipping.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Lobster Waffle Biscuits

Working today but still made some Super Bowl snacks 🏈 🎉

I had some left-over frozen berries from mine & Kaias last cookie creation and this was just the way to use them! So quick, easy & oh so yummy on this rainy Saturday 🍓 Berry Crumble 3 cups frozen berries, any kind 3 TBSP sugar 1-2 tsp cinnamon 2 TBSP cornstarch Sprinkle dry ingredients on berries snd stir gently. With food processor, blend: 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter, room temperature Until crumbly. Spray baking dish or iron skillet. Pour berries in and cover with crumble. Bake on 350 degrees 30-30 min and serve with icecream 🎉
