Our Yoga Uncorked Day Escape with Disko Lemonade Yoga & Bodacious Shops is less than a month away! Let’s get to know one of the instructors:

Briana is a certified 500 HR E- Registered Yoga Teacher, Lead Teacher Trainer at Disko Yoga School, and the proud owner of Disko Lemonade Yoga. Specializing in vinyasa and power yoga, she is deeply passionate about mindfulness and guiding her students to access the flow state during their practice. Briana teaches a variety of classes, including Disko Flow, Disko Hot Pilates, Yoga Barre, and Flow Into Yin, all at Disko Lemonade Yoga. She loves partnering with local businesses to find fun and unique ways to bring more people to the practice of yoga.

Our Story

Housed in a Historic Building in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, 5eleven Hosting site has been special purpose built to host groups of up to two hundred inside and out on our beautiful courtyard. Inside space has large window areas providing views of downtown Pensacola while allowing natural light to illuminate its main meeting space. A built in bar augments the space. Four well equipped bathrooms are included. An adjacent kitchen enables caterers to prepare food for serving and to clean up afterward. 5eleven has an exclusive roster of Caterers that book events in this facility.
