Greetings good people. Our schedule this week will be a bit different. We will be at 180 E. Burgess on wed and Thursday only. We have a lot to get done for a great golf tournament representing our local Elks lodge on Friday! Come see us! After this week, our schedule will lighten up a bit so we can be on-location at the Burgess address a bit more. Thank you all, for the understanding and again, new things are coming and we are eager to grow, with opportunities for others as well. Stay tuned!

Good morning great people! Our schedule for this week will be wed-friday at our 180 e. Burgess address from 1030-3. On Sunday, the 13th, we will be at the Gulf Breeze annual Breeze-o-ween event! Come join us! Tomorrow, we already have orders for racks of ribs. We will only have 4 extra racks for the day. Show up early as they tend to sell quickly! On another subject, please send your continued prayers for those affected by Hurricane Helene and for southern Florida as they prepare for Hurricane Milton! Alicia Douglas & Robert Douglas with A & R custom tinting, have done a fantastic job with donation centers set up all over! Please reach out if you are in a position to help those in need. Good morning great people! Please excuse our absence as we are working on projects for expansion!! Stay tuned for further details. We are back at our 180 E. Burgess location today through Friday. On Sat, the 5th, we will be posted at the Milton train museum for the Depot day festival. Please come join us and try our Tritip if you haven't already done so! Also, we are going to accept applications for our food truck community, for a permanent location or daily set-up spot rentals!! We had such a good time today! The Blue Angel Modelfest 2024 did not disappoint! The patrons as well as, the model folk themselves, did not disappoint! If you ever get a chance to attend one of these, please do! Such a great day. Thank you! The Smokin' Jokers BBQ family has much respect!

The Blue Angel Modelfest 2024 is live! Some excellent items to look at.. so many military nostalgia..truly humbles an individual with respect to our armed forces. We will be slinging food until about 330 this afternoon. Come check it out good people!

Thank you so much to Gulf Breeze High School and all the great parents and coaches of our youth football program. We had a blast watching these kids mow down some grub! Thank you Sam Middendorf for reaching out to us to provide some food for this event. All the volunteers and parents make a huge difference..Go Dolphins!

Good morning great people. We will be getting a later start this afternoon.. opening up at around noon instead of the 1030 time. We will be off-site tomorrow, Wednesday, in preparation and cooking for Gulf Breeze High School players and their families. We will be back on-site Thursday and Friday. On Sat, be sure to hit up Rolling By The Bay! Whaoo stadium!

The wind is not going to get us down today! Ribs will be done about 1230... they will go pretty fast! Hope to see ya'll after 1030.

Had such a great day! Tri-tips were on point, Ribs, the same! Thank you all for the support! Remember, we won't be available tomorrow and Friday. We will be at 5 flags Speedway on Sat for the Green Light District car show from 5-9! Be sure to check out this event! We will be back at 180 burgess rd on Tuesday. We are thinking of expanding our rib specials a few days a week. Please let us know your thoughts. Also, keep an eye out for our farmers markets coming soon.
