Greetings to the great people of Pensacola! We would like to wish you all a Happy New Year!
We want to also, apologize for our services not being readily available over the past few weeks. Things have surely been hectic. As most of you know, we do many catering events which does not let us have our truck in operation as much as we would like. Some of you also know we have been diligently working on opening up a commissary very soon. This will allow us to expand our catering service as well as, provide service to many other Food trucks, Private Chefs or anybody that has cooking needs through a certified venue. The Commissary is also located in the same lot where our food truck is located. We have ample space and are interviewing other vendors that are interested in a daily rental space or monthly residency for our food court area. Our space is a great space for all jeep, truck or classic car meet-ups, farmers markets and vendor opportunities. We are pushing to go live on the 1st phase of our Commissary around February 1st. Please reach out to Brad or myself, Johnny, for details and any questions you may have.
Again, to our stupendous clients, please be patient, as you all have, as we continue to grow a little each day. We are now filling in calendar dates for Weddings, Business parties/meetings, private functions and meal prep options for 2025. Thank you all so much, Brad and I appreciate your business and understanding.

Join us tomorrow at 740 Commendencia St., the home of Portside Pickle, where The Smokin' Jokers (), 2024 Winner of "Pensacola's Favorite Food Truck", will be dill-ivering a mouthwatering BBQ experience 🚚

Familiarize yourself with our location, get a peek at Portside’s progress & enjoy some award winning local BBQ.

We are still an active construction site, so you can't play yet, but we want everyone to get familiar with our location... on the water... in the heart of downtown Pensacola... only 400 steps from Palafox and Main.

🦃🍂 Gobble Gobble, y'all! 🍂🦃

It's that time of the year when turkeys get nervous and our belts get a notch looser! The Jokers here are wishing each one of you a Thanksgiving that's stuffed with joy - just like our turkeys! 😉

From our quirky tribe to yours, may your day be crammed with laughter, love, and a side of those awkward family stories. (You know which ones we're talking about, right? 😆)

We're super thankful for the whole shebang – our loud family, our lovable friends, and yes... even those we merely tolerate (admit it, they spice up the dinner table convo). And let's not forget YOU – our fabulous followers and customers who hop on this wild ride with us. Without you all, life would be as bland as unsalted mashed potatoes!

So here's raising a toast 🥂 (or a turkey leg 🍗) in gratitude to everyone making this journey an adventure. Thank you for being part of our kooky world.

Greetings good people. Our schedule this week will be a bit different. We will be at 180 E. Burgess on wed and Thursday only. We have a lot to get done for a great golf tournament representing our local Elks lodge on Friday! Come see us! After this week, our schedule will lighten up a bit so we can be on-location at the Burgess address a bit more. Thank you all, for the understanding and again, new things are coming and we are eager to grow, with opportunities for others as well. Stay tuned!

Had such a great day! Tri-tips were on point, Ribs, the same! Thank you all for the support! Remember, we won't be available tomorrow and Friday. We will be at 5 flags Speedway on Sat for the Green Light District car show from 5-9! Be sure to check out this event! We will be back at 180 burgess rd on Tuesday. We are thinking of expanding our rib specials a few days a week. Please let us know your thoughts. Also, keep an eye out for our farmers markets coming soon.
