What better menu to offer you for Valentine's Day than the one this husband and wife team would serve ourselves? We have reservations around Valentine's still open and are ready to bring the candlelight to your home.

Our listed four course menu is offered at $135 per person and will include a fifth dish based on the what piques our interest at the Palafox Market that week.

If you are feeling adventurous, gather a few couples and experience what many in Pensacola already have. Choose one ingredient from each selection and let us design a surprise menu based on your choices. All 4 selections will be incorporated into 6 separate courses for an uniquely unforgettable tasting menu.

$165 per person with a minimum of 4.

Either way, we look forward to setting the table for you!

May we present, ‘Laurus Nobilis’.

AKA ‘Bay Laurel’ or ‘Bay Leaf’, it is often brushed aside as an over-priced and dried out waste of space on the spice cabinet. We are appalled at the disrespect most grocery stores show this beautiful aromatic.

To showcase its natural notes of sweet green tea, black currant and anise, we are infusing our crème brûlée with leaves picked fresh from our own tree.

Come taste this subtle, elegant dish at our Sage In Bloom pop-up, every Monday night at Gather, A Culinary Collective beginning January 13th from 4-8pm.

We have 10 orders of half birds for the grandest soft opening! We met these chickens ourselves at The Swartz Family Homestead and on Monday, January 13th the will fulfill their destiny by being oven roasted with garden herbs, ghee and honey.

We will be handpicking the sides from the Palafox Market the Saturday before to give you a true farm-to-table dish.
