Reservations An upstart Catering Service and Restaurant w/ a focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients.

Reservations takes the attitude that food is life and a way communicating and demonstrating love. We achieve that by utilizing the freshest ingredients and locally sourced products whenever available to provide the highest quality food and dining experience possible. From casual or upscale events for private and corporate clients entertaining guests of 15 up to 200 people, we put passion and care

into every meal prepared. With modern takes on classics as well as casual fine dining, we are prepared to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of clients for their banquets and events with drop off services available as well. For those that are taking full advantage of the summer, please look for us at local Farmer's Markets and events at our Pop-Up stand "Reservations presents,
'Tacos by Jeremias'' where we serve a variety traditional tacos and our signature Salmon Tacos!

I'll make a small batch of a version with Mac-n-Cheese, Greens and Smoked Turkey as well as the Reservations Classic, both with the Candied Yam Dipping Sauce
