An upstart Catering Service and Restaurant w/ a focus on utilizing the freshest ingredients.

Reservations takes the attitude that food is life and a way communicating and demonstrating love. We achieve that by utilizing the freshest ingredients and locally sourced products whenever available to provide the highest quality food and dining experience possible. From casual or upscale events for private and corporate clients entertaining guests of 15 up to 200 people, we put passion and care

into every meal prepared. With modern takes on classics as well as casual fine dining, we are prepared to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of clients for their banquets and events with drop off services available as well. For those that are taking full advantage of the summer, please look for us at local Farmer's Markets and events at our Pop-Up stand "Reservations presents,
'Tacos by Jeremias'' where we serve a variety traditional tacos and our signature Salmon Tacos!

Apparently, I missed a fire baseball game last night.
I immediately thought about the guys that I worked with at a small electric wire supply company in NJ. While putting quotes together, they listened to Yankees games on the radio like it was 1979. 😄

Well, if the Yankees can mix it up, so can I so, today we're opening a bit early at 9am to serve Bagels with homemade Veggie and Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese. We'll also have bagel breakfast sandwiches!

Come in and get an Everything Bagel with a "Schmea'" of "Syaaamon", Cinnamon Raisin or Mixed Berry with a Plain "Schmea'"!

Today I feel like doing some things, so we have something for almost everyone! Veggie Wraps, Steak Sliders, Salmon Sandwiches, and and AMAZING Chopped Salad!

The Steak Stir-Fry is perfect for a day like this. Something that's fulfilling, but not too heavy.
It has Marinated Flank Steak, Napa Cabbage, Broccoli, Carrots, Mushroom and Onion!

Rudy's Jerk Chicken will make the menu at Reservations at Cafe Distilled!
It's been one of the crowd favorites since 2021.

We're also introducing the Elevated BLT!
It's thick cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, Fried Green Tomato, Arugula, Garlic, and Black Pepper Aioli on Ciabatta.

Come in and see us at Distillery Labs Mon-Fri from 11am-2pm.
