Reservations takes the attitude that food is life and a way communicating and demonstrating love. We achieve that by utilizing the freshest ingredients and locally sourced products whenever available to provide the highest quality food and dining experience possible. From casual or upscale events for private and corporate clients entertaining guests of 15 up to 200 people, we put passion and care

into every meal prepared. With modern takes on classics as well as casual fine dining, we are prepared to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of clients for their banquets and events with drop off services available as well. For those that are taking full advantage of the summer, please look for us at local Farmer's Markets and events at our Pop-Up stand "Reservations presents,
'Tacos by Jeremias'' where we serve a variety traditional tacos and our signature Salmon Tacos!

We'd like to take the time to say thank you to everyone for coming out last night! We had an overwhelming show of support and it is MUCH appreciated!

Thank everyone for your patience as with a the first soft opening, we learn opportunities to grow and be great.

Today will be another Friends and Family event that is RSVP only. While we would love to serve everyone, we can only accommodate our guests that have confirmed the reservation, but we will be hosting another soon and will extend the offer to join us at that time.

Indian cuisine is amazing. Butter Chicken has become a popular dish, and when a pescitarian client asked for a dish incorporating an Indian Curry, I used Salmon, added Zucchini, Squash with Basmati Rice.

Well, it's gone over well enough that we put it on the menu at Reservations, the restaurant.
The "Butter Salmon", as we call it, will be an option for the Friends and Family soft opening this weekend as well!

I TRULY appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this. Special thank you to Randee Blickenstaff and Jenny Parkhurst of the Peoria Riverfront Museum for making sure that we had what we needed to be successful.

While our presence may have added to the experience, this was a major opportunity for visibility to Reservations as a catering company and our future restaurant!

Our crew, Anita, Bobby, Ayanna, Adam and Arianna have had a great time meeting members, new friends, servicing the community through the Museum and enjoying the music while doing so.

Whether it be more of the private events, or PRM sponsored events, we look forward to working with you in the future!

Its been a great time getting to know so many new people over the summer, but tomorrow is the last Rhumboogie on the Plaza for the Season!
With that, I can say the staff and members of the Peoria Riverfront Museum as well as the Reservations crew want to say thank everyone who came out and enjoyed the festivities so far, but let's do it one more time tomorrow. Rain or Shine, we'll have a time!

This is the last Rhumboogie on the Plaza for the summer! The Summer series is inspired by Preston Jackson's exhibit, "Bronzeville to Harlem| An American Story". With that, we're taking this back to Chicago.

We've had Chicago eats inspired by Lems and Alice's BBQ, Polish Sausage and now, I want to celebrate one of my favorite flavors of the city with Mexican inspired dishes! We'll have Steak, Chicken and Veggie skewers, Yellow Rice and a couple of traditional salsas for you to enjoy while the Imperial Boxmen take the Plaza stage!

This is the last Rhumboogie on the Plaza for the summer! The Summer series is inspired by Preston Jackson's exhibit, "Bronzeville to Harlem| An American Story". Last month, we had NYC Halal Food Truck dishes and for this, we're taking it back to Chicago.

On the fly, he decided to put together a surprise party with close friends and family for his wife's 50th and reached out. For the in-home experience, he wanted good, comfort food and asked for our signature Shrimp and Grits and Soul Food Eggrolls, some Nashville Hot Chicken, Grilled Lamb Chops w/ Buerre Rouge with a touch of cream and my Garlic/Parm/Truffle Fries. The birthday girl was satisfied. Thanks to my right hand, Anita for capturing the photos and video on the fly because I always forget. Ha!
