Meet our talent for the late (8pm) seating on New Year’s Eve: Projekts! Classic trained vocal duo Projekts blends soul, indie, and R&B genres to create beautifully captivating harmonies.

Starting out in the Winter of 2014 as two classically-trained vocalists looking for opportunities to sing, Jessica and Chrys made it their goal to share with everyone what music has brought into their lives: an abundance of joy and purpose.

For nine years Jessica and Chrys have been fulfilling that goal with Projekts. Jessica also instructs the next generation of musicians in voice, piano, and ukulele as a part of Gebbink Music Studio in Morton, IL., while Chrys is currently finishing a degree in Music at Bradley University.

Projekts will serenade us from 8pm until we ring in the New Year at Midnight on NYE.

Join us for New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Table and celebrate the new year with the whole family over a multi-course buffet menu featuring small plates and a wood-fired pizza bar by Guest Chef Ryan Foster. A complimentary champagne toast and full bar menu featuring Guest Mixologist Savannah Hattan will bring even more good cheer. 🍸

We are offering two seatings on New Year’s Eve:

Early seating: 5:30pm dinner buffet for all ages, full bar menu and a celebratory Champagne toast.

Evening seating: 8pm dinner buffet, full bar menu, music by Jessica and Chrys Wilson of Projekts from 8pm-midnight, and a celebratory Champagne toast.

Join us for a relaxing, comforting dinner and stay as long as you’d like; the bar will be open until 1am and all are welcome to stay and ring in the New Year.

Guest Mixologist Savannah Hattan (📷) and Guest Chef Ryan Foster will be preparing a fabulous menu as we celebrate all the blessings of 2023 and welcome in 2024 together.

Now proud owner of Peoria’s beloved Zion Coffee Co, master mixologist Savannah Hattan has led the cocktail programs at BLACK BAND Distillery, EDGE by Chef Dustin Allen, Zion and the gone-but-never-forgotten Midnight Espresso’s legendary Sunday Supper Series underground themed dinners.

Savannah will be behind the bar all evening on NYE, mixing up good cheer and festive cocktails (alongside a full bar menu) and serving a complimentary champagne toast for both the early and evening seatings.

5:30pm seating: Join us for a multi-course dinner buffet with spreads of appetizers, small plates and a wood-fired pizza bar for all ages (plus a celebratory Champagne toast for the grownups).

Evening seating: Celebrate with an 8pm multi-course dinner buffet featuring an array of elegant small plates and a wood-fired pizza bar, a celebratory Champagne toast, and beautiful music by Jessica and Chrys Wilson of Projekts from 8pm-midnight to serenade you into the New Year.

Following the 8pm dinner service, Savannah will welcome the public to the bar from 10pm to 1am. All are invited to stay and ring in the New Year!

Guest Chef Ryan Foster is back in the kitchen to prepare an amazing New Year’s Eve dinner for us this year! We are offering two seatings for all ages (5:30pm and 8pm) with a buffet of endless deliciousness from Chef Ryan. Chef Ryan Foster has smoke in his blood. Ryan grew up in a family catering business where he learned the craft of seasoning and smoking meats for the perfect flavor profile alongside his father and grandfather.

From age seven onward, he was in the catering kitchen with his mom, learning how to prepare good quality soul food that pleases the masses.

After a traditional college education, Ryan pursued professional training in his true passion and attended culinary school.

Upon graduation, Ryan ran a full-service restaurant and continued the family tradition of catering large events from a mobile kitchen. In his tenure, Ryan has catered for foreign dignitaries, Grammy winning artists, Fortune 500 companies, and over 100 weddings. His award-winning smoked meats are prized among BBQ lovers in the Peoria area and while catering is his bread and butter, Ryan enjoys the creative opportunity in cooking for intimate events where he can jam on authentic dishes with exciting and delicious riffs.

It is our great pleasure to invite you and yours to a very special New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Table! Celebrate the new year with the whole family over a multi-course menu featuring small plates and a wood-fired pizza bar by Guest Chef Ryan Foster, a full bar menu by Guest Mixologist Savannah Hattan and a complimentary champagne toast.

We will be offering two seatings for this evening.

Early seating: 5:30pm-7:30pm dinner for all ages, full bar menu and a celebratory Champagne toast.

Evening seating: 8pm-10pm dinner, full bar menu, music by Jessica and Chrys Wilson of Projekts from 8pm-midnight, and a celebratory Champagne toast. All are welcome to stay and ring in the New Year!

Chef Foster’s menu for both seatings will feature an abundance of small plates (such as fresh fruit kabobs, filet mignon and Gorgonzola jam tartlets, Cubano pork sliders and vegan stuffed mushrooms) and a wood-fired pizza bar (serving Margherita, Barbecued Pork, Gorgonzola Mushroom and Onion, Gorgonzola Steak and Mushroom, Hawaiian and Pepperoni). Plenty of vegetarian options are available.

The dinner will be $50 per person exclusive of tax and gratuity. Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

Following the 8pm dinner service our full bar will be open to the public from 10pm to 1am.
