I have been recieving a number of calls last night and today regarding the NYE event that was scheduled for this evening. It was listed as canceled due to the lack of interest.
The information was posted for 2 weeks, and sadly, as of late Sunday, less than 5 people responded. Tickets were being sold to get a count for the food, party favors, etc. to make sure each guest had a great time. Also, out of courtesy, I could not hold the DJ back from any other openings that he could possibly take, as well as the bingo caller.
I appreciate those who showed interest, but unfortunately, it was a decision that I had to make based on the lack of responses.

On many occasions, I have asked for and listen to suggestions to involve the public. Sadly, once I commit and follow through on the top suggestions, there is low or no interest. Unfortunately, due low participation, this event has been canceled.

Opening this venue was just a thought, turned into a vision, that I trusted and turned over to GOD to order my steps. After prayers were answered and doors opened, Timesless Events Social Studio became a reality. The first year, I was new to this and mistakes were the key to my learning what to do and what not to do from that point on.
From unlocking the doors for the very first client, until this day, GOD has never ceased to amaze me! Sometimes, I find myself worrying. But then I remember that HE told me not to worry, it's handled! And I have had some absolutely AMAZING clients!
Lately, I have been having conversations with multiple folks regarding venue rentals in this area with pricing, location, and popularity, being the main topics. One of the questions is how do I offer promotions up to 50% off on already low pricing. Especially when other venues have set prices that don't fluctuates.

I wholeheartedly appreciate each of my clients. With a few locally who have patronized, but the majority guests have been from outside of this area...Iowa, Ohio, Florida, St. Louis, Virginia, Texas, India, N. Carolina, Pakistan, Chicago, Nigeria, New York, Detroit, and towns outside of this area, just to name a few. There is total awe when I quote my prices, with a promotion or without a promotion.

I'm so blessed to say that most clients don't book because of pricing, because the majority book packages without promotions. Most book because of location, privacy, amenities, and personal service. Timeless Events Social Studio pricing will remain extremely competitive with most event venues of our size and location.
