St. Patrick’s Raffle
You will soon receive a letter from the Lodge informing you of our intentions to conduct another St. Patrick’s Day Raffle. The raffle drawing will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 6 PM during our St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the club. Proceeds will support providing the snack bags for the Honor Flight Members and their Guests. If you are so inclined, donations are certainly appreciated as well. Simply indicate on your correspondence that your donation is specifically for the Honor Flights and keep in mind contributions to Peoria Elks Lodge 20 are tax deductible. Tickets may be purchased at the Club from the bartender or you can complete and return the form mailed to you. The price is $5 per ticket or 6 tickets for $25.

For those planning to attend Jack Trompeter’s visitation, there was a publishing error on the online obituary. The visitation will be held at Wright and Salmon Mortuary - located at 2416 N. North St Peoria, IL 61604, on Thursday, February 6 from 4-7. There will also be a celebration of life at the club on Friday, February 7 from 1-4 following the funeral.

Looking for volunteers to support Pilgrims Progress Food Pantry. Pilgrim's Progress is one of Food Pantries that helped Lodge 20 with Food Basket distributions. There are two opportunities: 1) Help unload food trailer on second Tuesday of the month. 2) Electrician to move light switch across room closer to new entry doors. Contact Mike Menke if interested.

Drawing at 5:00 on December 21st.

Christmas Baskets have been expanded back to 90 Food Boxes. The Food Boxes will include both dry good and perishable items. The 90 Food boxes will be split between four local food pantries. Plan to deliver Food boxes the week of December 8th. Food Boxes will be packed on December 5th at 10:00. If you can help it would be appreciated. More information will be sent later. Thank you for your generosity to the Elks National Foundation. Because of your donations, two grants were received from the Foundation to cover the cost of food.

The annual Tom and Jerry Party is 12/21 from 2pm to 6pm. Christmas Raffle will be drawn at 5pm. Bring a snack to share and music is by Billy Washburn.
