Welcome to Gavilan Hills Retreat where guests come to concentrate on creative production - film, photography, music -, research and development, and personal development!

As your host, I am proposing space and accommodations for artists, researchers, developers, and lovers of the outdoors. Associate Professor at the U. Caen Normandie, France, I am currently giving courses online, developing databases for research in vocal and verbal arts, converting my 2-acre piece of land into a drought-resistant garden, and assisting others in their creative and academic endeavors. To shake things up a bit, I am also hosting riders with California Xtreamin, my son Donovan's motocross hosting service.

We opened the doors for events, film and photo shoots, and offsite work meetings and conferences in early spring of this year! Thanks to all of our friends and associates for helping us to design environment of creativity and productivity! We love meeting new creative people and look forward to being a part of your next big project!
