Rent the venue for a wedding $1,000
Rent the venue for a reception $1,500
Rent the venue for wedding and reception $2,000

A $500 deposit is required to save your date and will be applied to the balance. The balance must be paid in full 3 months before the wedding and no refunds after that. The party responsible for the event must sign a whole harmless agreement and purchase event insurance. Incl

You are responsible for putting out and putting up the tables chairs and benches. You will have access to the venue for 4 days. The day of your event must end by 10:00 p.m. The then you must be left in the condition you found it. No smoking on the premises.
