Well it has happened and I debated posting this.
I hate that someone had to ruin it for everyone!!

I have a warranty in place for this reason and I have been VERY lenient on fixing peoples jewelry they break when it is not related to the weld faulting.

Permanent jewelry means there is no clasp and so it stays permanently on you until removed by myself or someone with proper tools.

I have not been charging for breaks or rewelds when people have done something to their pieces and that’s money out of my pocket because I have to use new rings and all to place jewelry back on but I am posting my warranty!! Read it thoroughly!!

This said customer has come in multiples times for breaking their bracelet/ anklet and I have always fixed it no questions asked. When I told them it would be $15 to fix they BLEW UP!! I mean words were said that had no reason to be said plus, they presented without an appointment on top of that, after being told repeatedly they need any appt. I have offered to tighten peices, move to a different extremity and even add a clasp so they wouldn’t have any more issues which all were refused!!

I will be standing FIRM from now on to my warranty!!

This warranty is posted publically and a small card is presented at you appointment.
