Are you passionate about weddings? Do you love helping brides bring their dream day to life? The Monarch Venue in Perryville, MO, is looking for a **Wedding & Event Assistant** to join our team!

**About the Position:**
We’re seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and highly personable assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with brides, enjoys creating magical experiences, and is excited to be part of one of the most special days in a couple’s life.

**Responsibilities:**
✨ Respond to inquiries and assist with venue tours
✨ Help couples finalize wedding details and timelines
✨ Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth event ex*****on
✨ Assist with setup and breakdown on event days
✨ Provide on-site support during weddings and events
✨ Ensure every couple has an unforgettable experience

**What We’re Looking For:**
💍 A people person who loves weddings and celebrations
💍 Excellent communication and organizational skills
💍 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
💍 Availability to work weekends and evenings (a must!)
💍 A proactive and professional attitude

**Perks & Pay:**
💰 $18/hr + a generous bonus package
