Even in on mountain weekends, this is how DDBBQ cooks. Chicken Marsala over Fettuccine with a side of turkey meatballs in marinara sauce paired with a local (just over the border from the cabin in NorCal) Pinot Noir from Deer Creek Vineyard in Southern Oregon!

Anybody who BBQs often knows that sometimes there is alot of leftover meat even after you have sent care packages home with family and friends. I love repurposing leftovers!
This dish is leftover rib meat in a tomatoe,garlic, onion and mushroom sauce over creamy polenta with a caprese style salad! Yum!

Think a deconstructed Sparerib in Italian Tomatoe Sauce over Polenta.
