The Peterborough Players is a professional theatre company that produces 9 plays in the Summer, 3 in the Winter and plays host to screenings of the Metropolitan Opera, London's National Theatre and the Bolshoi Ballet among other events.

Discover what happens when you mix one part Sir John Gielgud, one part Richard Burton and one part Hamlet. This terrific screening will be followed by a talkback with Brendon Fox. He’ll lead a discussion about directing Shakespeare in the US and abroad, the joys and challenges of working on shows with characters based on real people, and the magical alchemy that can happen between an actor and director in rehearsal.

Larissa FastHorse made theater history with "The Thanksgiving Play," becoming the first Indigenous woman to have her writing produced on Broadway. A member of the Sicangu Lakota tribe, FastHorse requests that theaters that produce her work hire at least one other Indigenous artist for the production and showcase at least one other Indigenous artist's work in the building.
