Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 76th Annual Polish Sausage Supper at the Grand Unity Event Center! We're thrilled to announce that this beloved event was a complete SOLD OUT success AGAIN!

From humble beginnings with just 25 attendees to welcoming over 500 guests this year, this event continues to grow as a testament to the incredible community spirit that makes our area so special. Proceeds from the supper go to supporting local charities, and we extend a heartfelt thank you to the Knights of Columbus Council 923 for their unwavering dedication to our community and these important causes. Your support makes evenings like this truly unforgettable.

If you see this amazing lady today, be sure to wish her a very happy work anniversary with Little Traverse Bay Humane Society! Teresa Chaney has been with LTBHS for 12 years where she has served as the Events Coordinator, in addition to the former Volunteer Coordinator. If you’ve ever been to a LTBHS fundraiser, you know just how talented she is in putting together wonderful events that are not only a blast to attend but raise much-needed funds for the animals at the shelter. The kindness, respect, and graciousness that Teresa exhibits on a daily basis is evident in everything she does and her interactions with others. Teresa has a big heart for all animals, and in the past several years, she and husband, Chris, have selflessly taken in two elderly dogs after their owners passed away.

Teresa has made a huge impact in the lives of countless individuals and animals, and on the organization as a whole. Teresa is a wonderful gift to LTBHS and to all of the lives she has touched—Happy 12 year anniversary, Teresa--thank you for all that you do!
