You have to try the roto-q 360, we showcase the ease of use of the roto-q 360 and the phenomenal results it has on grilling lamb chops. Combine that with the marinade and the rosemary salt, and this cook is a HUGE success. You have to try this recipe for yourself! Roto-Q 360 Lamb Chops 1 rack of lamb cut into single or double chops Marinade ¼C of fresh chopped rosemary 3 cloves chopped garlic 3 chopped green onions Juice of half a lemon 1C olive oil Rosemary Salt 1C of kosher salt 1C fresh rosemary 1/2C fresh sage 3 cloves fresh chopped garlic 1Tbs lemon zest Combine all marinade ingredients and coat lamb chops evenly. Marinade in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. Season the lamb chops with pepper and rosemary salt, then place them into the roto-q 360 flat cage. Crank the roto-q 360 40 turns and place the chops over direct medium high heat.
