So my guy aka came to the ATX for a little trip. He asked where's the hot BBQ spots to visit. Without hesitation I took him to visit ! The entire crew there took great care of us and we scored some of the best Barbecue Central Texas has to offer! The slow smoked beef rib and chimichuri is my personal favorite but everything was on POINT!!! Yall do yourselves a favor and go visit this gem, ASAP! 😉

We took a road trip today to Mart Texas to visit our brother at Victorian's Barbecue. This place is an ABSOLUTE gem of a restaurant featuring Central Texas Barbecue with a little Creole fusion. 15 minutes East of Baylor Stadium, Victorian's Barbecue IS destination Barbecue! The next time you roll through Waco, treat yourself to this awesome experience. From the brisket to the chicken to the ribs and on to all of the sides, Joey and the crew absolutely CRUSHED the cook today!!! And just because they could, they kicked it up a notch by giving us some smoked pork shanks and GUMBO!!! We'll definitely make another trip or few to Victorian's Barbecue, and you should too!!! 👊🏿

Kareem has fused his Egyptian flavors with Central TX BBQ, and I have to say, it just works! This BBQ is bold in flavor, and introduces you to flavors you know, and some you don't.
