to our humble beginnings with our beloved and hardworking ‘cold trucks’! 🚛🔥 Our journey into the food truck life started with our very first truck, a classic 1979 Silverado K2500, serving fresh, hot meals to new home construction sites. 🏠🍴 After that, we upgraded to a 2002 Silverado 2500, which helped us expand our reach and continue building our dream. 🚐💪

Our founders, Martin and Liliana, embraced the hustle 💼, quickly climbing the ladder and building a name for themselves in the industry. As we grew into larger food trucks, we never forgot where we started. Today, we’re proud to say we’ve upgraded our fleet once again and now own two 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500s 🚐✨, keeping the cold truck culture alive and thriving.

We’re always looking to update our equipment—from our cold trucks to our big food trucks—because we want our clients to experience not only quality food but also quality trucks at their events and construction sites. 🏗️🎉 Our goal is to showcase the best of the best that the food truck industry can offer. For us, it’s not just a job; it’s a lifestyle and a way of being. ❤️🔥

The children of Caribe Bajo deserve to be happy and to grow up in a healthy, loving and safe environment. They deserve a warm bed and nutritious meals. They deserve a place where they can grow and learn so they can fulfill their God-given purpose in life. That is why we are here…to provide these precious children with life’s basic necessities and opportunities we often take for granted in our own lives and communities.
