I was asked, what keeps my sanity or in motion daily….. THIS.
Doing event’s has been my fulfillment and probably life saver— especially the intimate one’s more than anything. I’m in tunnel vision when working. It’s the minute details that provide me skills like:

Organization
Being detail oriented
Symmetry & Harmony
Focus

But it’s the connections that are made that warm my heart. I love my job and sometimes I hate it because people don’t have a clue what all goes into event planning from conceptualization to implementation and as a result they often don’t equate it to the correct price point.

And Being an event planner is very different than event designer. One uses the left side of the brain the other used the right. I myself happen to do both and it’s complex at times. But i say all this to say, it’s so much easier to be great in a career that you love because your commitment to being the best will be prioritized.

I am blessed to have a career that allows me to have a platform to help others visual dreams come true and a platform for me to set the stage for my purpose.

Ask yourself does your career fullfill you? And if it doesn’t what would you do for a living that would provide you fulfillment, and then go make a plan to start that very thing.

For so long I never wanted to talk about the secret to my success and the success of others because I thought I would be overwhelmed honestly but God has been truly speaking to me lately. For over a decade I have been developing businesses, mine included.

And the secret is to develop a brand and not just a business to have longevity.

And i see it daily as to why a lot of businesses don’t last! You are missing most of the core elements.

But the biggest question I always ask is what is your story? What is the message.

So I’ll leave you guys with a few jewels for free, but I’m excited to share that I have rebranded and relaunching Monday. Crystal Bailey the Brand Architect is back and improved. I’ll tell you more about the name later….

Good morning, y’all be cutting up!! Why is God on your block list!?

Too often, we’ve got God on ‘Do Not Disturb’ while we rush to answer everyone else’s calls, like the man that has been playing in your face, the always gossiping friend, etc.

But here’s the truth: screening His voice could mean missing the blessings and favor He’s been trying to pour into our lives. This season, I’m taking God off DND because the call to purpose, growth, and alignment is too important to miss.

When He calls, I’m answering.

I have a few questions for you to think about:
- Is God pinned in your life like your top text threads?
- What’s the first thing you do when your eyes open?
- Do you have 5 minutes for God before you start your day?
- When you hang up with your boo for bed can you talk to God for 2 minutes before you go to sleep?

Stop screening God’s calls for a life you think you want; He’s holding the path to the life you truly need. Listen, trust, and respond.

Miracles are real.

I was questioning God too. Like wassup? The pressure was so heavy, I thought that it was over; and God said do you trust me?

I ask God one question, if its you show me, because I’m all out of answers.

LISTEN TO ME.
Before the day could even end he was clocked in, working miracles you hear me.

God will rebrand your life right in front of you and turn your life around in a blind of an eye.

I’m more focused than I have ever been in my life simply because Im no longer asking God to prove his existence to me, I’m simply being obedient and doing the work.

If you believe nothing else I tell you, miracles do exist when you submit.

Everyone is searching for the answer. The answer is simple it’s God.

All your blessings come from God.
When he makes a way out of no way that was God.
When you have nothing and then he gives you overflow, God.
When you no longer want to live, and that voice stops you, God.

Understand this, it’s not until you stop searching all over town and asking a 1000 people for the answer and just go sit and talk to God, you will not find the answer to your desires, questions or needs.

You gotta go prove to God your committed.

Most times life is rough because we either did something that was against Gods will, or God is teaching us something in preparation for what’s next. But it’s always for a reason, we are not punished just because, and it’s never a day he doesn’t hear your cries, but you also have a role to play in order for things to change.

If God hasn’t provided you ease yet, it’s because you didn’t do your part.

But know this every blessing and all my success have come from God, I went to Jesus and everytime God came back and gave what I asked for. Sometimes it’s not always what i want but it may be what I needed or what he wanted but I was blessed; even through my own mess!

TALK TO GOD, that’s it, it’s literally just that simple.

A lot of times, we want God to make the vision plain. When sometimes God wants to see how much we trust him. Sometimes he just give you one piece, just to see if you will commit to that and trust that he will reveal the rest along the way. Your purpose is like dance choreography to me. It’s 8 counts in a step. You can get to 5,6,7,8 until you learn the first 4 counts, and the teacher doesn’t always show you the full combination at first, but you trust that they will teach you the steps. And baby when you learn the full routine, you are ready to perform it at the show, the block party, and everywhere they play the song. So why not give God that same trust? He has choreography, just work the steps he gave you and perform full out, the rest of the plan will follow…. ✨
