Take a Quick Look at @billypennstudios Pros: - Beautiful Aesthetic - modern look - First Arrival Parking Lot and street parking - Is interested in hosting us (which is extremely important) - Multiple spaces for more Wie and food vendors - Outdoor Vendors allowed - Area that can be used for VIP or Activations - Amazing sound in each room Cons - Street Parking in the area can be tough - Most likely have to use their in house catering - Due to space we would shift to time slots which will help with lines (not really a con ☺️) - Not a lot of tables and chairs onsite- would have to be rented
