Wellness shots
2 Cups Quantity (fills 10, 2oz. jars approx.)
6 lemons (squeezed no seeds)
6 oranges (squeezed no seeds)
Dash of cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1/8 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
2 sprigs (peeled/sliced Turmeric root
2 sprigs (peeled/sliced Ginger root
4 sliced Medjool dates
1 cup water
Mix well in mixer (ninja or other blender)
Strain 4 to 5 times through strainer until no pulp is left in the strainer and juice flows easily through.
Add to bottles using a tiny funnel or a plastic cup that you can squeeze for easy filling.
(Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, detoxifying, immune booster)

Oils & Vinegars
2 tsp Olive oil
