I’ve been thinking so much about the word “Chai” (Life in Hebrew) this past week.

“Chai”, a symbol of who we are as a people.

A people who have been through unimaginable pain, yet still choose to dance, to love, to build, to believe.

Since October 7th, the weight of that has never felt heavier, at least in my lifetime… and yet, the beauty of it has never felt more profound to me.

As a Jewish wedding photographer, I have the honor of witnessing Jewish love in its purest form, of capturing not just moments, but resilience, hope, and the unshakable spirit of our people.

Every Jewish wedding I photograph reminds me that no matter what, we hold on to life.

And with every “Mazel Tov,” with every shattered glass, with every embrace under the chuppah, my heart heals a little more.

To my people, you are my light.

Thank you for reminding me, time and time again, that “Chai” is not just a word. It’s who we are.

Dear couples, families, and all the beautiful souls I’ve had the honor of photographing,

On this Valentine’s Day, I just want to take a moment to say how truly grateful I am for you. ❤️

Your love stories, your laughter, your quiet, intimate moments, they are the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s the joy of a wedding day, the magic of a proposal, the excitement of an engagement session, or the warmth of a family session filled with little hands and big hugs, every moment matters.

I get to witness love in all its forms between newlyweds, parents and children, grandparents and grandchildren, siblings, best friends. I get to freeze time, capturing the way you hold each other, the way you celebrate, the way you love. And that is a privilege I will never take for granted.

So today, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for welcoming me into your most precious moments, and for allowing me to document the love that fills your lives. I see it, I cherish it, and I am endlessly honored to capture it.

Wishing you all a Valentine’s Day filled with love, light, and the people who mean the most. 🤍

Michelle and David are the definition of a perfect match. ✨

From the moment we started their engagement session, it was clear they were made for each other.

Their humor had us all in stitches—every moment felt so effortless and fun! 😂 I swear, they have this amazing ability to make each other (and everyone around them!) burst into laughter.

Their love is as strong as their sense of humor, and it was a joy to capture those sweet, playful moments between them. I can’t wait to see what adventures life brings their way! 💍❤️

Have you ever been around a couple whose love feels like a warm batch of homemade cookies—sweet, comforting, and impossible not to smile around? That’s exactly how Emunah and Neal’s engagement session felt. 🍪💖

Emunah and Neal’s engagement session was such a heartwarming experience! From the moment we started, the fun, sweet, and downright silly energy they brought made every moment a joy to capture.

Their love is playful and genuine, and you can feel how deeply they care for one another in every glance, laugh and sweet smile. It’s couples like them that remind me how special love can ruly be. I’m beyond excited for what’s ahead for these two as they continue this beautiful journey together!

Have you ever met a couple whose energy just lights up the room?

That’s Yael and Doug for you!Where do I even begin with Yael and Doug?! 🥹

From the second our session started, it was clear that these two are absolute magic together. ✨ Their playful energy is contagious—constantly teasing each other, laughing at the little things, and just fully embracing every moment. You can tell they love every single part of each other, from the quirks to the strengths and everything in between. 💕

What struck me most is how they’re each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Whether it’s supporting each other’s dreams or just being there on the tough days, they’ve built this incredible foundation of love and support. And let me tell you—capturing that on camera? Priceless. 📸

Some couples just have it. You know what I am talking about...that undeniable connection that you feel the second you see them together. Helen and Eric are absolutely one of those couples. Their engagement session at Longwood Gardens wasn’t just about the beautiful location (though, wow, those gardens are stunning!)—it was about capturing the natural, easy way they love each other.”

From the way they laughed together to those quiet moments in between, it was clear: these two are the real deal. Their comfort with one another made this session feel like a walk with old friends, and every shot came together seamlessly. I couldn’t be happier for these two!!

Help, please!!

My post may be a little dramatic, but I am glad you are here :).

I’m working on something really important and I need your help!

As you may already know, I launched my first online coaching program for photographers earlier this year, but like most first drafts, this one needs some improvement.

To make this the most impactful coaching program, I need some help…

I realized that I need to get out of my own head and talk to like-minded people who can teach me and show me how I can create a program that will truly help others. 
 
I want to know your struggles, hear your goals, and learn how to help.
 
That's where you come in…
 
I am looking to interview people who:
1. Have been in the wedding photography industry for 1 - 4 years;
2. Are looking to have more confidence in themselves and their skills;
3. Want a better understanding of lighting (indoors and out); and
4. Are tired of feeling overwhelmed every time they walk into a wedding day.
