President John Cochrane will provide an update on the theater.
There will also be awards presented to NCT members, including several Oliver! cast members.
There will be hot dogs, burgers, and fries provided for free (donations appreciated). Other food and drinks will be available for purchase. Plese sign up below if you are attending including any guests. Please respond by June 5th.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Gregory Morton this morning. Please join our theater community in mourning his passing.

While Greg was new to NCT he instantaneously became a friend and dear treasure of our NCT family. He had a way of lighting up the room with his smile and infectious laugh. He was kind, smart, funny and talented. He always loved bringing french pastries to a work day and made sure he brought the ones you liked. He will sorely be missed at NCT.

Our deepest condolences to his beloved Mom, his best friend Lisa and Jessica his wing mate. Rest in Peace, dear friend!

On April 25, our dear friend Greg Morton passed into the next life. He was a shining light in our theater community, embodying kindness, humor, talent, and humility. Greg had a remarkable gift for bringing people together and creating unforgettable moments on stage.

His presence brought joy to our hearts and laughter to our souls. While his passing leaves a profound void, let's honor Greg's legacy by cherishing the wonderful memories we shared with him. Let's smile through the tears as he would have wanted, celebrating a life well-lived and a spirit that touched us all.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out to us over the past two months after the fire. We sincerely appreciate the love and support we have received from everyone in the theater community. While we are still devastated by this tragic event we do realize that the show must go on. Please consider making a donation to help us rebuild and recover so that we may continue to entertain our families and community at the beautiful Overbrook Presbyterian Church.

NCT is very grateful to the teams who are working diligently and efficiently to get the Overbrook Presbyterian Church back up and running. We are thankful for the community of OPC and their willingness to support our theater during this time of rebuilding. Stay tuned for ways you can help NCT get back on the stage ❤️🎭🎶

On the evening of January 15, 2024, Overbrook Presbyterian Church, the home of NCT, suffered a devastating fire. Nobody was hurt, but there was extensive damage to the sanctuary, with smoke and water damage throughout the building. Although NCT did not suffer the amount of devastation that the church endured, we are impacted by the event.

While Overbrook Presbyterian Church goes through the process of remediating and rebuilding, we would like to offer our love and support to the OPC community. As of this time it will be approximately 8 weeks before NCT will be permitted to enter the building to prepare for our next show. Until further notice the building will remain closed to all volunteers.

We will keep everyone informed as more information becomes available. We will provide updates on our remaining season and our youth showcase in the near future. One thing is for certain our NCT family is resilient and the show will go on.

In support of OPC please join us on Sunday, 1/21 at 1PM in the church parking lot for a time of prayer and reflection.

On Wednesday, January 10th, one of our most trusted and dedicated members, Nancy Eckenrode Reisen suffered one of the most devastating losses one can go through other than human loss and that is the loss of her home due to fire. Luckily, Nancy and her family and pets were able to get out of the house safely but she has lost everything. While Nancy doesn't appear on stage she has donated countless hours to set builds, light hangs, stage management, crew and numerous other tasks. Her support, friendship and kind heart are beyond measure. She is the calm within a storm.

CALLING ALL KIDS!!!
We are seeking an energetic cast of young people to perform individual, duo, and small group acts. No idea is too small or too grand! The purpose of this showcase is to help young people develop their talent, work in community with other young people from the Philadelphia area, and spread joy.
