What's going on in Skippack...

Currently, there is no noise ordinance, so restaurants such as Basta Pasta, Time-Out, Stray Dog, and Parc Bistro have live music outdoors during the spring/summer season. Out of being good neighbors, they all agreed to be done by 10 on weekdays and 11 on Fri/Sat nights. It started
as one person complained and turned into two. They kept sending complaints to the state police, which do not handle that, and again, there is no noise ordinance. So, then, the one started emailing the township. So they are having a meeting tonight to hear what we have to say. No one wants their home town to be some kind of party town but the music community loves the events and the great things I’ve seen improve in our town especially with the live music at all the local restaurants.

Jamtoberfest '24 3rd annual event held at Stray Dog Tavern in Skippack, Pa was an absolute blast!!

Live music enthusiasts from all counties joined us to support the Philly Bully Team. They danced in the sun and grooved into the night!

600 plus people with one mission, enjoy live music!!

SideArm is a Philly based band managed by Anthony Baker Entertainment. Best known for their adaptability to perform to any crowd with their diverse selection of music. They are a human jukebox performing in Montgomery, Delco, Philadelphia, and the Jersey area weekly and we are super excited to have them open this event!!
