So today, I did a little demo of a delicious tropical sparkling mocktail at the Caribbean Heritage Day!! It was so delicious according to the attendés, I had to make more and I didn't have time to take a picture of the finish product.

I think I may have that tropical sparkling mocktail for our upcoming Posh Creole Brunch Fusion on July 30th as a special.
