A good friend of ours Bill Rinnier from Avalon String Band found one of the band’s costume from 31 years ago (1991 Mummer’s Parade). We made this our 3rd year as costumers for the Mummers Parade. The Band finished 4th place and Captain Mike Vaughn finished 1st.
