My approach is very personal. I always come away from a wedding feeling like I've just experienced something beautiful between close friends. For me, the most important thing is to capture the love between you and your partner honestly. It's this intimate approach that will help you feel at ease and comfortable with the camera, highlighting the organic beauty that is revealed when people really fe

el like themselves. I earned a degree in photography from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), one of the most prestigious photography programs in the country. This level of experience and training comes heavily into play while capturing your special day. I am drawing on a bank of knowledge and know-how that has taken years in the field to master. Of course I also come with a wide assortment of top-of-the-line equipment. I bring multiple high end cameras, spectacular lenses, gorgeous lighting and flashes, and more importantly_,_ the knowledge to use this equipment to it's fullest potential. The result is a simple and fresh aesthetic, rich in narrative images and telling details. Every wedding is unique. Most weddings are a combination of timeless traditions and spontaneous celebrations. As your photographer, I am constantly open to possibility, seeking out the nuanced shots that tell the story of your love. There are certain moments I expect to photograph of course, and then there are the photos that can't possibly be planned, but are full of emotion and truth. Sometimes it's these moments in between the poses that tell your story best.

From morning preparations to a tearful first look with Dad, heartfelt vows exchanged in a serene field, to the exhilarating champagne sabering at cocktail hour, every moment felt deeply meaningful and fun! Their first dance set the tone for a night filled with joy and jubilation, and Sara even took the stage spontaneously to perform with the amazing —another testament to this couple’s boundless talent and love.

I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren and Cory’s engagement session in the vibrant streets of New York City, around Washington Square Park. They are part of a wonderful circle of friends I’ve had the pleasure of photographing, and their love story is one I’m excited to tell.

The energy of the city perfectly reflected their sophisticated personalities as we wandered through the iconic archways and tree-lined brownstones. It was clear from the way they looked at each other that their wedding will be just as full of joy and excitement, and I’m so thrilled to capture their wedding weekend at Hotel Du Village.

Sara & Drew’s wedding day was nothing short of a masterpiece, woven with personal touches and love. From the moment I stepped into the bridal suite, it was clear that Sara had poured her heart into every aspect of the day, especially in the details she herself designed. Her custom wedding invitation featured a beautifully hand-painted crest, complete with a pink elephant—a sweet nod to her cherished childhood stuffed animal, which even made an appearance in the bridal suite.

But Sara didn’t stop there—her creative vision extended to every paper product, from the seating chart to the cocktail napkins. It was such a joy to capture these details, each one a reflection of Sara’s creative and vibrant spirit. After her wedding, she channeled this passion into her new venture, Pink Elephant Papeterie—what a beautiful way to share her artistry with the world!

Amidst the rolling hills of Chester County lies a hidden gem where the air is sweetly scented with lavender’s delicate fragrance. , with its enchanting lavender fields, was the perfect setting for the second chapter of our photography workshop series, “Capturing Connection, Crafting Depth.” This event was so much more than a styled shoot—it was a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and community, designed to inspire and elevate our attendees’ experience.

We began the day with a tranquil yoga session led by , setting a serene and reflective atmosphere. This moment of mindfulness allowed everyone a chance to reconnect with themselves before diving into the immersive experience curated by and seamlessly coordinated by .

After yoga, we gathered in the historic barn for a family-style meal prepared by . Their Spanish tapas were simply divine, and the shared meal offered a beautiful opportunity to connect. We wanted a moment to all get to know one another better before the shoot started and get a chance to engage in an informal Q&A with . These connections are what truly make these workshops special—creating a space where creativity, support, and friendship can flourish.

This summer has been a blur of beautiful moments, and one of the highlights was hosting our second workshop, “Capturing Connection, Crafting Depth,” at the breathtaking Warwick Furnace Farm. Nestled in the heart of Chester County, the serene lavender fields provided the perfect backdrop for a day of creativity and collaboration. Shannon Wellington’s vision was inspired by the soft hues of the lavender fields at sunset, creating an overall design that was elevated yet earthy. Fresh Design Florist created over-the-top floral installations, imbuing the fields with vibrant colors. The flowing gowns from Clair De Lune and the exquisite hand-painted stationery by Via Sketch added a touch of delicate elegance. Every detail of this shoot was thoughtfully designed, and each collaborator truly elevated the experience.

What a whirlwind this summer has been so far! Non-stop activity, endless creativity, and so many moments of joy! It’s been an incredible journey and I am so excited to finally share it all in the coming weeks!

But the biggest news of all? I am deeply honored and overwhelmed with gratitude to receive the 🌟✨ Best of Philly 🌟✨ award for photography! This recognition means the world to me, and I am truly humbled by this honor from the city I love so dearly. 💕

Philadelphia has always been a source of inspiration and joy in my work. Capturing the love and beauty of couples from this area in their most precious moments is a privilege I cherish. To be acknowledged by this vibrant community is a dream come true.

What an electrifying day at the WIPA Mastermind event at the Rittenhouse Hotel in Philadelphia! As a photographer, it’s always a thrill to document such a vibrant gathering, but speaking on the panel with some of the top talents in our area was truly special! The day was full of so much laughter and the speakers’ collective wisdom was nothing short of inspirational. From an action-packed schedule stretching from early morning to an elegant cocktail hour, every moment was a testament to the passion and dedication of our Philadelphia community.

A huge shoutout to Fulton for spearheading the Philadelphia Chapter of WIPA and to all the board members and vendors whose tireless efforts made this event a spectacular success. It’s events like these that reinforce my love for our local industry—Philly really stands out with its welcoming spirit and a genuine belief in ‘community over competition.’ Engaged, enthusiastic, and altogether exhilarating, the day was a reminder of why we do what we do. Brian’s custom tuxedo and cocktail napkins with watercolor paintings of their dogs added unique, personal touches, while Samantha’s vibrant, resilient bouquet reflected their love story. At this year’s “Love is in the Air” event at the Horticulture Center, Constellation Catering presented a theme titled The Elements, where I was plunged into the radiant intensity of Fire. Confetti & Co. ignited the space with her designs, a breathtaking spectacle that lured me out of my creative comfort zone with her bold color palette of deep reds and vibrant hot pinks that literally enveloped us.

The structural floral arrangements by Winsome Floral were like elegant bonfires of blooms. The cakes from New June, adorned with ribbons and cherries, perfectly complemented the fervent atmosphere, while the Shirley Temple bar offered a whimsical twist, basking in the event’s rich, vivid colors. At the heart of this passionate tableau was our model, Ashley, whose dynamic presence breathed life into the fiery heart of the theme.

Such moments, such collaborations, are a powerful reminder of my passion for capturing beauty. A heartfelt thanks to the incredible team, your boundless talent crafted a day that radiated with love and artistic fire. Together, we made the air sizzle with love.
