PSST.......🗣IT'S VEGETARIAN!!!!!!!!

2 Veggie Burgers Chopped
1 Small Onion
1 Celery Stalk
1 cup Yellow Rice
1 Bag Mexican Steam in Bag Blend (Corn, Black Beans, Peppers, Onion)
2 Small Potatoes, OR 1 Large Potato
1 cup Vegetable Broth
4-5 Roasted Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Sea Salt
4 Sprigs of Thyme
Flour Tortillas (This recipe makes about 3-4 Large Burritos).
Mexican Blend Cheese to taste!!!

Boil rice according to directions
Saute veggies burgers, Celery, & onion & then chop all together so it looks ground, & add dry Seasonings, Minced garlic, Mexican Blend steamer to this mixture.
Add 1 cup of Veggie broth & let simmer on medium 5 minues.
Blend Roasted tomato, leaving it a little bit chunky & then add to the Veggie burger mixture, & turn down low.
Dice & Sautee potatoes until brown & crispy (like homefries)

🗣PULL OUT THOSE TORTILLAS BABY & THROW THEM ON DIRECT 🔥🔥🔥🔥 FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS EACH SIDE!!!!
LAY THEM DOWN ON A CUTTING BOARD
🗣ADD CHEESE
🗣TOP WITH RICE
🗣TOP THAT WITH FRIED POTATOES
🗣TOP ALLADAT WITH THAT "MEAT" MIXTURE
🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣ROOOLLLLLLLLL IT!!!!
🗣THROW SOME "Meat" & Veggie mixture on that jawn
😋TOP IT WITH A LIL RANCH
