Boasting a two-story Grand Hall, Ballroom, and Mezzanine, the Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-550 guests. Positioned on the ground level of the Arts Condominium, this 1920s Art Deco inspired building was the former site of the Hotel Sylvania. Boasting a two-story Grand Ballroom, Sylvania cocktail room and Mezzanine, the Arts Ballroom offers both historical distinction and contemporary style for events from 100-550 guests.

Packages range from $110-200 per person depending on service type, food selections, upgrades, time of year, the day of the week, etc.
