We’re honored to share that People has featured the magical New Year’s Eve wedding of Julia Rae (The Bachelor: Listen to Your Heart alum and former Miss Philadelphia) and Matt Lucido, hosted at ONE North Broad!

This "old Hollywood" celebration was nothing short of spectacular, with 140 friends and family in attendance, including GMA’s Eva Pilgrim, 6ABC Action News meteorologist Cecily Tynan, and film director Balbina Korzeniowska.

Julia and Matt exchanged heartfelt vows in our stunning Corinthian Hall, sipped cocktails under the stars in the Foyer, and danced the night away in the Grand Ballroom.

We can't believe it's been over a year since Zelided and Kevin's fall wedding at ONE North Broad! One way they personalized the day was through incorporating heritage and traditions. Kevin celebrated his Celtic roots with a special, green-patterned kilt and jacket, and a surprise musical performance by bagpipe players. Green matching accents – from the bride’s sash to the bridal party dresses to the table décor – gave the event a more cohesive look that was perfect for photographs!

A traditional Jewish wedding incorporates many rituals, from the signing of the Ketubah (the Jewish marriage contract) to the traditional “mizinke” dance, a tribute to a mother who has married off her last daughter. And you can’t forget the “hora,” the traditional dance performed at Jewish wedding receptions. Sydney and Chris enjoyed all of these traditions at their ONE North Broad wedding in November of last year. We wish the couple a happy first anniversary!

Last week, we had the honor of hosting the Legal Clinic for the Disabled - LCD's 21st Annual Celebration at ONE North Broad! Legal Clinic for the Disabled - LCD is a dedicated network of attorneys and advocates providing essential services to low-income individuals with disabilities across Philadelphia and surrounding counties. This year’s honorees included the late Yoshiaki Yamasaki, former Executive Director of World Health Care Infrastructures/TPAC, PHLCouncil Councilmember Jamie Gauthier, and Linda Peyton, Esq., who served as LCD’s Executive Director from 2008 until her retirement in June 2024. It was an unforgettable evening celebrating those making a difference in our community!
