Philadelphia’s pre-Prohibition cocktail: Clover Club Cocktail ☘️ Ingredients: Homemade raspberry gum syrup (2-1 sugar to water mix/shelf stable/and fresh raspberries left to soak for a few hours) @prohibitioncraft gin from Tennessee a friend gifted us Freshly squeezed lemon An egg white (not added for the purpose of giving the drink flavor, but rather acts as an emulsifier. Thus when the drink is shaken a characteristic foamy head is formed).

Staying warm at home with some rum and amaretto! Ingredients: 🥃@journeymandistillery Spiced Rum 🥃@disaronno_official Amaretto Pineapple juice Coconut water Squeezed lime Large cube ice @thecocktailgarnish Dehydrated blood orange Some interesting facts about amaretto from @deliciousmag: -Despite its almond flavor, it doesn't always contain almonds — it's made from either apricot pits or almonds or both. -Amaretto isn’t the same as amaro, which is another Italian liqueur laced with herbs -It can be poured over ice cream, coffee or added to desserts -Mixing Amaretto with coca-cola creates a drink similar to an alcoholic Dr Pepper -Amaretto didn't hit American shores until the 1960s Do you have a favorite drink that contains Amaretto?
