To all clients future clients starting January 2024 we will no longer be adding Venues, Entertainment, Videography, Photography or Catering to our packages "unless" they solely work for CCB EVENTS. If they are not part of CCB EVENTS we will refer you out to them if you are getting a service from us and it will be up to you to book and pay them. We appreciate all your understanding as we move forward into a new year we look forward to working with you again. Just a reminder to all new clients and old clients that no date or services can be held without a deposit. Also once a payment plan is set by date you must complete transactions on that date by close of business day which is 5pm. We are closed on Sundays. Respectfully this allows us to order and receive materials on time, book needed contractors and staff. Some contractors have a policy as well and they can cancel services if not paid by agreement. So please keep this in mind. CCB EVENTS policy is half down and the balance remaining 6 weeks before your event, and if it is less than 6 weeks away.... full payment will be due No Exceptions.
