Hi families!! The Turkey meal pick up is at 19th and Wharton Streets at 12 noon. See you there. If you still need a Turkey we still have some. Please come to the location and we will get you all set up!!

Hi families!!! I know it has been a long time since we posted. I have been busy with our own little Small Fry!! Well this Friday and every Friday in August there is a Kids “Reading Power Lunch Hour”. I am posting the information below. Also we are looking forward to partnering on the third Friday and providing school supplies for the upcoming school year. Hopefully soon we can resume cooking class but until then come read with us, have and snack and hang out!!

This Saturday December 19th we will be hosting a Christmas Block party at 19th and Wharton Streets. There will be gifts, snacks and meal boxes to take home. Due to covid restrictions it will be a little different than our normal party BUT it will still be amazing. We are doing groups in shifts so Small Fry friends and family can visit from 1-2pm please spread the word and reach out with any questions!! The kids will be able to “shop” the gift table and take home whatever they select. We cannot wait to see you!!

Hi!! We know this year has been really weird but we are still going to coordinate a turkey giveaway. This Friday we will be handing out turkeys at 19th and Wharton after 1 pm. We will send the details through tomorrow but wanted to use this post as a sign up. Please reply to this post in the comments section if you would like to pick up a turkey for your family OR email me at [email protected]. We are excited that we can still do a modified Turkey distribution!!

Last week we were able to distribute tons of school supplies but because we surpassed our fundraising goal we still have some supplies!! They will be available from 11 am - 2pm at 19th and Wharton Streets along with gently used and new kids clothes in all seasons and sizes!!

CHANGE OF PLANS!!
Due to some stormy weather tomorrow we are moving the block party at 19th and Wharton Streets to Sunday (8/30/20) from 3-5 pm for school supply pick-up and tons of gently/new used clothes available for kids of all ages and seasons. We will be practicing responsible social distancing and have kids' masks available.

We have school supplies!! This Saturday (8/29) we will be at the block party at 19th and Wharton Streets between 11 am-2pm giving pre-packed supplies out!

It’s almost here!!!! Small Fry Christmas party is tomorrow December 21st at the Hank Gathers Rec Center. We start at 11 am with food, crafts, DJ and entertainment!! If you want to come and forgot to sign up either just show up or message me. We cannot wait to see you!!

Hi everyone!! This year we have been hosting events at different Rec centers to make sure we are showing everyone love!! However everyone is invited to everything!! Speaking of...November 23rd we will be hosting Our Thanksgiving party at Hank Gathers Rec Center (2501 N DiamondSt) from 11 am - 1 pm. Please come join us for games, crafts, food and some new recipes!!! Tomorrow (Sat. May 11th) is our last Small Fry Cooking class until the Fall. We will be doing some Mother’s Day Brunch recipes!! Very exciting since I know the kids are looking forward to recreating them for all the ladies in their lives 🤗. We will start at noon at the Marian Anderson Rec Center!!
