We're still thinking about last week's climate week dinner in NYC... a.k.a. the first official event in our client's new office space! 🤩 From jawdropping floral centerpieces that incorporated the same herbs grown in the rooftop garden to hand-torn recycled paper menus sourced from the one vendor in the U.S. that had it in stock, this may be one of our favorite tablescapes to date! Cheers to custom furniture solutions, navigating last minute changes, and overcoming the logistic challenges of UN week to make this vision come to life!

Another Bite For the Fight in the books 💜 We could not be more grateful to support the Fight on Makenna Foundation at their annual Bite for the Fight Food Festival! From a dine-around-style tasting experience with signature bites from local restaurants to cooking demos from celebrity chefs and craft cocktail demos from premium distilleries... and an onsite dog adoption in partnership with PSPCA, it was a fun (and food) filled day, all to benefit the inspiring cause of the Fight on Makenna Foundation.

Who says goody bags are only for kids? (We certainly don't!) Carefully curated and branded takeaway gifts add an extra touch to the guest experience, allowing the event to live on long after it's over. From handcrafted candles with branded labels to custom screen-printed tote bags to themed bracelets and sweet treats, these small but thoughtful gifts make a mighty impact!

From an intimate outdoor Philadelphia Ballet performance at Red Rose Farm to the iconic Bethesda Terrace in Central Park; from the greens at Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa with Robert Irvine Foundation to Cincinnati for a city-wide Black Tech Week takeover, to Reed's Farm with Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center and Vernick Fish for their 3rd annual beneficiary dinner... we could not be more grateful for such an amazing, unforgettable summer!

We LOVE our nonprofit clients (like a lot)! Each of these amazing organizations have a unique, inspiring mission and message that serves as the focal point of all event elements. Every program, signage piece, photo opportunity, and ‘mission moment’ are designed intentionally to fundraise and celebrate the impact of each organization. We’re honored to support these incredible causes year after year!

Obsessed is an understatement. A thoughtfully curated french-inspired tablescape, custom floral arrangements using flowers sourced directly from Reed’s Farm, and a farm-to-table family style menu (printed on fabric as a keepsake) all came together for a breathtaking barn-side outdoor dining experience. A huge thank you to Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, Vernick Fish, and Reed's Farm for trusting us to redesign this space for a truly magical, impactful evening.

A magical summer night to remember with Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center and Vernick Fish✨🦪 Last weekend, we transformed the barn at Reed's Farm for an elevated cocktail hour with sea-inspired hors d'oeuvres and an outdoor 5-course family style dinner set amongst a french-inspired tablescape... all to benefit the farm's non-profit, A Meaningful Purpose. It's an honor to partner with Four Seasons Philadelphia and the incredible culinary team at Vernick Fish to support the amazing mission of Reed’s Farm year after year!

We're still not over the incredible digital branding and production design for 2024! From an iconic photo moment— a.k.a. a 40' mesh LED wall programmed with kinetic branding— at the top of the fully branded entrance staircase... to a fully integrated production design plan brought to life across multiple stages, we could not be more grateful for Trevor Vaughan and Colortone executing these out-of-the-box ideas! We had an absolute blast partnering with Lightship Foundation for another unforgettable year. The countdown to is on!

Another incredible in the books 🤩 Last week, we partnered with Lightship Foundation to produce at Aronoff Center for the Arts in Cincinnati. This full-venue takeover included interior and exterior environmental branding installations, oversized column wraps, integrated digital and print-based signage, branded activations, a deconstructed entrance staircase installation, a 40' mesh LED wall showcasing kinetic brand elements, and of course, the iconic oversized Bs. This intentional, integrated branding and production design set the stage for inspiring speaking engagements, networking opportunities, and an overall immersive guest experience.

Now this is our dream playlist 🤩 Each event calls for a different vibe, and our amazing lineup of unique musicians fits the bill every time. These incredible artists bring a one-of-a-kind sound to any room, stage, and yes, even a farm, that they walk into. From a full-on seven-piece band to a singer-guitarist duo to a live mix DJ, we are so lucky to partner with these insanely talented musicians!

There's nothing like a thoughtful color scheme or jaw-dropping, colorful focal point to brighten up and enliven a space. A vibrant tablescape, a striking floral centerpiece, a colorful hanging installation, even a colored drink or glass all add an unexpected pop. Color can be incorporated boldly, subtly, excessively, sporadically... that's what we love about it! And everyone loves a little eye candy 🤩⁠⁠⁠

Philly's hottest party of the year! Leaning into the space's modern and mirrored atmosphere, we blended a touch of edginess with pure luxury through custom lighting and projections, dry ice installations, exciting performances from Jordan Kahn’s breakdancing duo and band/DJ group, live digital scene illustrations by Demont Peekaso Pinder, and bespoke ice sculptures from Ice Concepts, Inc. that proudly showcased a raw seafood bar and an endless supply of champagne. We love transforming spaces, and this office turned Studio 54-themed holiday party was no exception! We can't get enough of the ceiling-wide disco ball installation, custom stair and window graphics, epic lighting, and metallic fringe lining the entire room.
