🔔 Last week, we celebrated the installation of the Bicentennial Bell at the newly rehabilitated Benjamin Rush Garden. The bell was a gift from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the people of Great Britain in 1976, which commemorated the 200th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
🇬🇧 Consul General hannahyoung_uk joined the City of Philadelphia for this groundbreaking event, which comes just in time for the 250th anniversary of the United States.
For this event, we customized a special ☕️ High Tea Station, featuring: Cucumber Canapé, Smoked Salmon Canapé, Coronation Chicken Salad Canapé, White Chocolate Madeleines, French Macaroons, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Congratulations to our client, @postbrothers, on their upcoming residential location - @liveonethousandone. Last night we welcomed guests for an immersive experience to taste and tour One Thousand One Residences. (Note: the property is still under construction, but is currently accepting applications and tours)
Our menu was inspired by One Thousand One’s three unique design models: Parisian, Fusion, and Californian. For each design concept, we served:
✨Parisian: Vichyssoise Soup Shot paired with Laurent Perrier Champagne
✨Fusion: Sushi Trio paired with a Sake Shot
✨Californian: Baja Street Tacos paired with Sangria
