Our Thanksgiving turkeys are looking delicious, but here’s some *BIG* news that’s even juicier! 🦃✨ We’re beyond excited to announce that Chef Evan Kelley () is officially stepping into the role of Chef de Cuisine here at Feast.

Evan has been with the team for 7 months as one of our Sous Chefs, but has over 17 years of culinary experience under his belt. Evan’s exceptional talent and unwavering passion for innovation have made him an invaluable part of our team. As our Chef de Cuisine, Evan will be working closely alongside our Executive Chef to help oversee kitchen operations, grow and refine our menu offerings, and continue driving the creative vision that makes Feast so special. We’re excited to see how his leadership and expertise continue to elevate the team and our culinary journey.

Introducing our enchanting Kashmiri Chai Rasmalai, a dessert that's as beautiful as it is adventurous!

Crafted by the one and only Chef Neomie (be sure to check out her creations at on Instagram), this stunning dessert made its debut at the recent Location 215 Launch Party—and it was an instant hit.

A fusion of two iconic Indian flavors, our Kashmiri Chai Rasmalai combines the rich, spiced flavors of Kashmiri Chai Tea with the beloved East Indian dessert, Rasmalai. But we’ve given it our own twist: instead of the traditional Rabri (the sweet cream sauce), we infuse the dish with Kashmiri Chai Tea, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and a gorgeous dusty pink hue. The aromatic spices of the Chai complement the delicate Chena (the cheese base) beautifully, adding a unique and unforgettable touch.

We highly recommend pairing this showstopper with our Chaat-cuterie Bar. It’s the perfect balance to the fresh, vibrant flavors of our Chaat and will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on your guests!

🍋 Have you ever heard of Brazilian Lemonade?

It is to die for! Our Sous Chef Evan made this for our lunch this past summer and it totally made our day! The original recipe that Chef Evan made is non-alcoholic, but we did mix in Gekkeikan Sake for this particular event and it was delicious!

This lovely drink, spiked or not, is a perfect pairing with Chef Neomie’s take on Gochujang Caramel Cookies, a recipe featured in the The New York Times. And trust us, it's hard to have just one of these delicious treats!

These fun and tasty goodies are not just served in the summer and can be brought to any of your events any season!
