5:00-5:30 Tippy Toes (Creative movement with a little bit of ballet Ages 2-4)

5:35-6:05 Intro to Hip-Hop (Ages 3-8)

6:45-7:45 Fitness Fusion -a combo class of cardio, yoga, barre fitness, and light weights all done to top 40 type music. your first adult fitness class is free!

November specials: $10 off for new enrollments this month. If you get a friend to join, you both get $10 off!

*Adults may try their 1st fitness class for free:

Tuesdays 6:45-7:45 pm: Fitness Fusion (a combo class of yoga, light weights, barre exercises, and cardio all done to top 40 type hits)

Thursdays: JAM Fitness 6:45-7:45 pm (Similar to a Zumba class, only it’s hip-hop, jazz, and dance fitness done to top 40 type hits. Includes some Latin and country!)

We are offering a free Fitness Fusion class this Tuesday, November 4, for people who have not tried Fitness Fusion before. It’s a combination class of yoga, cardio, barre, and light weights. The class is from 6:45-7:45 pm at Dance With Me (132 S 17th St. im PHILOMATH.) Wear comfortable exercise wear, bring a water bottle, and bring a yoga mat if you have it. We do have several yoga mats on hand that you can borrow if needed. Invite friends!

This is my friend, Frogarina! I was watering my hanging baskets tonight, and she was scaling the wall, displaying her beautiful ballet moves! Look at that extension and flexibility! I can tell she has been working hard on her Plies, developpe’s, and pasdechats! 🙂
