“Violating the minds of the masses has been a form of psychological warfare since the beginning of civilizations. Individuals diagnosed with ADHD are some of the most mentally liberated people around. What is overly diagnosed as ADHD has a psyco-protective effect against social engineering and programming and manipulation of emotions (via doctrines, social media, etc). Highly intelligent and successful entrepreneurs, sages, artists, etc… are diagnosed with ADHD, which means that many forms of programming failed to captivate their attention for extended periods of time. To some, that looks like behavioral misconduct and to others, the “ADHD mind” or their “innate nature” protected their creative, authentic self.”

💖 About Laughter! 😆

"Laughter is recognized by all cultures. In the course of human development, you laugh before you speak. Laughing places you in a perspective where you become superior to what you see/experience negatively (being able to laugh at your problems). Chakras, dantians, and the meridians are subtle energy collections/points & channels along an electrotransport grid in the physical body. They are concepts related to energy systems and practices in various traditional healing and spiritual traditions. Laughter is associated with the solar plexus, that is often associated with feelings of anger, joy, happiness, personal power (self-esteem), etc.
Laughing is shown to boost the immune system (T, NK Cells, etc) and lower stress hormones. When you laugh, GABA (a neurotransmitter that affects how people experience anxiety, fear, and stress) is increased, making it easier to handle difficult situations. The physiological study of laughter is called “gelotology”. “Jell-o”! Gello, in Greek mythology, is a female demon or revenant who threatens the reproductive cycle by causing infertility, miscarriage, and infant mortality. The Viking god of laughter is Loki. The Hindu god of laughter is Ganesh. The Egyptian diety Geb’s laughter is reverend for the creation of earthquakes."

“A lot of people think hypnosis will reveal a side of them they aren’t ready to see! 🪞

That would only happen IF you requested those suggestions and WERE ready. Being in a state of hypnosis actually feels very safe and relaxing. 🏝️

Therapies such as hypnotherapy, entheogenic medicine 🍄, acupuncture, meditation, etc… bring the mind, body and soul (3) into syncronization (1). They induce shadow work (repressed/traumatized parts of the psyche that are subconscious or hidden) to improve self-awareness and pyscho-emotional health.
