⭐️November Spirit of NACE⭐️

Ari Camarena currently sits on the Phoenix NACE board of directors as the Director of Social Media. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Ari Camarena discovered their passion for events in 2011 while working as a hostess at the former, Saguaro Hotel. This sparked a career in catering, where they quickly rose through the ranks becoming the hotel’s Conference Services Manager.

Today, Ari Camarena is the Catering Sales Manager at the iconic Hotel Valley Ho, collaborating with industry leaders and former Phoenix NACE presidents Allison Chapin, CPCE, and Amber Allen, CPCE. Dedicated to elevating event experiences and sharing industry insights, Ari Camarena combines a deep love for events with a talent for connecting people through impactful events. In her spare time, you can find her crafting just about anything on her Cricut or hitting the bags at Rumble Boxing – Gilbert. . .

💡NOVEMBER MEMBER SPOTLIGHT💡
Originally from Lincoln Nebraska Kelsey has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Kelsey Perry has 14 years of experience in events including athletics, minor league baseball, higher education and municipal government. Currently she is the Recreation Coordinator for Events and Marketing for the City of Avondale under the Parks and Recreation Department. The department hosts 17 annual events that range from 4th of July at Phoenix Raceway, holiday tree lighting, easter egg hunts to multiple day festivals including Billy Moore Days and Tres Rios Nature Festival. The event team is award winning from the Arizona Parks and Recreation Association and National Parks and Recreation Association and hold certificates as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional. Kelsey is married to grounds manager at Peoria Sports Complex and has a 1 year old daughter and will be completing their family with a boy in March.
