Day two of our immersive retreat for the global premier crypto-firm, Polychain Capital, began with a guided group hike through the iconic red rocks of Sedona, followed by a seated lunch at .

The elevated chef-prepared picnic included caramelized onion & plum barbecue brisket on fresh and house-made potato chips fried onsite — plus, custom embroidered Polychain blankets slung over every chair.

Guests participated in a sound bath and meditation experience in a natural amphitheater surrounded by the lush forest. A few of the most daring attendees even took a dip in a secret nearby swimming hole.

A centennial celebration for in the heart of the Superstition Mountains. 🏜️

Amidst the blooming desert flora, 150 guests gathered at dusk to commemorate Arizona’s oldest and largest botanical garden. Upon arriving, pre-dinner libations from , , and were accompanied by small bites and live music.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Following opening remarks, guests indulged in a five-course family meal curated by Chef Erik Syhre and our culinary team. Plates of peppery rolls dipped in whipped butter and cherry preserve, creamy polenta garnished with fried sage, and braised short ribs were passed.

It was an evening filled with lots of wine, abundant laughter, and a clear appreciation of BTA’s 100-year-old (and counting) legacy. Even if you didn’t make the event, you can still support by visiting the arboretum or online at btarboretum.org.

Snapshots from a three-day branded event spanning the timeless Auberge du Soleil and a family-owned, working vineyard we scouted for the group in Napa Valley.

Guests were welcomed with an engraved bottle of Estate Wine cradled in a leather satchel — a personalized token of gratitude for a great year. We started the multi-night experience with a modern take on an interactive gamified dinner at Auberge.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Night two was an ethereal contrast, featuring a tablescape of plucked poppies and natural linens to complement the symmetry and softness of the vineyard. Our chef team and newly recruited Culinary Director, Erik Syhre, created a stunning five-course fine dining menu in our fabricated outdoor kitchen while guests explored the secluded property’s picture-esque grounds.

Dinner under the stars for Deloitte. Last week 200 employees gathered in Las Vegas for an annual meeting at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas, NV.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For their offsite day, guests boarded three luxury motorcoaches at their hotel on the strip. After a quick and scenic 30-minute trip, they arrived at our venue in Red Rock Canyon. We set the group up with a comfortable basecamp on property that served as their jumping off point for daytime activities including horseback rides, jeep tours, and guided hikes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As guests returned at dusk, they sat down at a beautifully designed 250 ft table. The long single table was dwarfed by the massive red peaks and vast desert that framed it. Live music played throughout dinner as guests enjoyed seasonal fare, starting light and bright with a marinated peach salad and rounding out with decadent wagyu short rib and king salmon with chive beurre blanc from our Michelin-starred guest chefs.

Many guests shared that after attending several offsites every year nothing compared to sharing a few hours with their team in a place as stunning as this. "Nothing even comes close," remarked one attendee.

We are blown away by this High Times Magazine SIX (!!) page spread featuring our Verde Series: High Tea with Copperstate Farms! 🌿

For our fifth Verde Series event hosted on 4/20 & 4/21, our team merged the timeless tradition of high tea with cannabis-infused cuisine for dream-like dining experience.

“People love to experience things like they belong to a community and they get to experience these beautiful places and it opens them up to each other,” Cloth & Flame co-founder, Matt Cooley says.

Behind the scenes of Cloth & Flame is a dedicated team of individuals working to ensure that their respective areas of focus deliver a spectacular impact. The result is an impressive display of themes, but Cooley explains that the guests themselves are always the most important part of the experience.

“They, the people attending, are actually the thing everyone else is experiencing the most fully,” Cooley says. “Our work is just kind of like, it’s a structure and a catalyst. It’s not the experience. The experience is the people.”

The first Silver Run is complete!⁣

In partnership with , we welcomed runners from all over the country to the abandoned 1800s mining town .gordo.ca for an 8-mile dirt road trail race, with elevation increased by a mile!
⁣
Along the way, we had refreshment stations & paramedics, and at the end, we all enjoyed a recovery lounge and delicious community BBQ meal with a view put on by our team. ⁣
⁣
Congrats to all the runners, and to for winning the inaugural run with a time of 1 hour, 46 minutes and 48 seconds! ⁣
