Today was the last day of my 22nd year in education. It is bittersweet in so many ways. I will always see myself as a teacher first. I firmly believe; in teaching others we teach ourselves. My experience as an educator has given me life long lessons. One in particular is to have a growth mindset. Today, I embrace my new decision. I will be a full time business owner and continue to grow Sap n Honey the way I envision it. Lessons in perseverance, effort, and failure is how we grow and develop our passions. I have had a remarkable journey and I look forward to continue my personal growth and serve lots of charcuterie!!! Here are some pictures of my grazing table demonstration with my gifted students. It was a huge hit!
