One of the questions I get asked most often when booking events is, "What is the best way to serve large groups of people?"

My answer is almost always given with another several questions. What type of event is it? What kind of atmosphere are you wanting to promote? How many people need to be served? What type of food are you hoping to serve? What is your event timeline?

I could go on but you get the picture. Although the answers to these questions are important and necessary, almost always my answer is hands down, buffet!

The reason for this is: They just simply cost less and are most efficient.

In addition to this, people like to view what they are going to be eating before it's put on their plate, the food is still hot by the time they get to their seat, and it requires fewer servers to help more people.

This all equals to a better experience for your guests as well as a decent cost savings for the client. That's what we call a win win situation!
