VW proudly supported the operations team for both the Farmers Insurance Open and the Genesis Invitational PGA tournaments at Torrey Pines. We provided audio, lighting, and video elements all over the course, from building out a meeting space for the Agronomy team at the north end of the course to supporting the press in the Media Center and interview spaces. We provided a custom branded TV channel that followed tournament coverage across broadcasters, and built out a cable TV Network to push that channel to all the monitors throughout the hospitality spaces on the course. It was a great success with a great team of guys.

This December, Video West had the honor of hosting the 2024 EPN (Event Production Network) Fall Meeting right here in Scottsdale. Following the conference, attendees were invited to our Phoenix warehouse and offices for an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience.

The event kicked off with an engaging overview of our operations, featuring a live “man-on-the-street” interview with our George Strait concert tour team in Las Vegas!

Our EPN members then got hands-on, diving into small group sessions highlighting our best practices in Audio, Video, Lighting, Project Management, and Logistics.

A huge thank you to our EPN partners for allowing us to showcase what we’re passionate about. We loved sharing our processes and connecting with this incredible community!
