Proud mom post….yeah I know it’s just other sleepover post. But these aren’t just ANY sleepover set ups, they are the first set ups my daughter did on her own. The one who started the company with her 10th birthday party!

Now that she can drive and not in dance every day I put her to work. God knows she’s had enough experience as she’s assisted us since it all started.

But look at those sheets and the blanket placement… She knows how AZ Sleepy Teepee does it and executed it to perfection! We make sure every set up is wrinkle free (because those details matter), looks like a million bucks and we do it with a smile and great customer service!

We still have a few months before bell tent season, but have you thought about hosting the ultimate ladies night. Our lounge tent is the perfect spot to relax with your gal pals, sip some cocktails, eat some yummy snacks and talk the night away.

You can do the bell tent alone, it can be staked into the ground or use sandbags for hard surfaces or turf (sandbag covers are extra). It creates quite the statement in a backyard, park or venue.

You could do the tent with a table or two on the outside for the ultimate dining experience. Add tableware for an additional charge or supply your own.

But also…you can combine to two and put the tables inside the tent for the coolest experience. Enjoy dining in the tent with your friends and make core memories throughout the night.

As Summer is quickly coming to and end, we had our last vaca up north to Pinetop. We had fun in the cooler weather riding horses, hitting golf balls, riding go carts, sitting on the front porch drinking coffee (and doing work - yeah I took some off time but can’t go a whole week without doing something 😜), and even a trip to the ER 😳 for the biggest splinter ever!

School is starting soon and we will have 4th and 5th graders plus a Junior in HS 😩 Time flies (and for those entrepreneurs and big time hustlers….is flies at warp speed). This season I’m setting goals for myself. In my upcoming Voyage Phx article and this weeks newsletter I get vulnerable about where I’ve messed up. Time does fly quickly and these kids grow up in the blink of an eye. It’s hard owning a weekend heavy business and trying to make time for a husband and 3 very active kids. But if you place priorities and set up boundaries (which I’m making more of this coming season), it can be done - and be done successfully! Is it perfect, hell no…do I mess up and miss things (and feel horrible guilt) 100%. It’s all part of this journey I call entrepreneurship and lessons are learned - both very hard lessons and easy lessons. Time is precious and making sure I balance work, the growth of a business and family are always a evolving process.

We do custom sleepovers 🎉 AZ Sleepy Teepee has more than 30 themes to choose from but if you have a specific theme that you want for your party we can make that happen.

Here’s how that works:

You still pay the normal price for any amount of teepee rentals, but we add an additional $75 customization fee to be paid with the initial deposit. This $75 covers the time to create/design your new theme. We design your sleepover, send you a mock up, from there we decided what you like, don’t like and change or alter things to give it the look that you desire. Then we send the additional bill for the new items we have to purchase. There are things you get to keep…most of the time it’s the custom 16x16 pillows and others it includes additional items such as the tray decor or even the blankets. It just depends on the sleepover theme and how much the client wants to spend on addition items.

Did you know that the dreamy desert theme is the theme that launched AZ Sleepy Teepee? Dana’s daughter, Jaydan, had her 10th birthday party with this theme and that’s how the business started. It’s had a couple make overs since it debuted in 2018, and it’s one of our most popular themes to this day.

It’s the prickly perfect theme for the desert dwellers like Dana herself. An AZ native, born and raised in Scottsdale, it has just enough southwest 🌵feel with a tad of sparkle.

Picnics are the perfect spot to gather with friends and have memorable conversations. Our adult picnic tables are made for ages 12 and up. They are a unique way to celebrate any age birthday, a baby shower, wedding shower, bachelorette party or enjoying a luxury dinner party.

They can be customized to any color scheme or theme and you and your guests won’t be rushed to finish a meal as you get to keep it overnight. We return the next day to break down the party. We team up with local and very talented florists that create the amazing centerpieces for your tables and can add the dinnerware too.

I mean how berryific 🍓 is this? Such a cute backdrop for such an adorable baby. This cutie one year old is the daughter of one of my cheerleading girls from when I was a middle school cheer coach (while teaching 2nd grade 14 years ago). Now I feel old lol 😩.

I got to do the balloon for her bridal shower a couple years ago and when I heard the baby was turning one I just had to be a part of it. She’s just so cute 🥰.

We love it when clients request a custom theme…this @chickfila themed glamping party was one for the books. We now offer it as a theme for not only glamping and mini glamp, but indoor teepee sleepovers and the indoor canopy sleepover. We can do any theme in our glamping tent and create custom themes for an additional cost. This one was a blast to design and is now a permanent staple for renting. The 6M tent is large…it comes with 8 mattresses but can hold up to 10. So I f you are having quite a few friends spend the night, this is a great option. Just make sure you have the space in your backyard for the tent. It’s a little warm now to be thinking about backyard glamping, however due to limited inventory parties should be booked well in advance. AZ Sleepy Teepee - Our company was the first of its kind here in Arizona. Based in Scottsdale, we started in March of 2018 because my daughter was turning 10 and wanted a huge sleepover. I have always been an over the top party mom so planning this party came from some Pinterest Inspiration. What started as a 10 year olds birthday party soon became a booming business in AZ! So much s0, my husband came on board and now we are a family owned business using our different skills to keep this baby of ours growing.

We are your Slumber Party and Glamping Experts! Our company rents themed teepees to have the ultimate sleepover experience. We deliver, set up, take down and do the laundry! We have plenty of different themes to meet your event type. Each guest gets their own personal themed teepee, a twin sized blow up mattress, mattress protector, sheet, blanket, bed tray, working lantern, decor pillow and personalized chalkboard. Lights and banner decor is also included.

A Party of 4 is $450 and each additional Teepee is $50 per child.

We also offer DIY teepee packages starting at $325 for a party of 4.
