Try this spin on a classic breakfast called “Loko Moko”!

Traditionally, this is not a sandwich but a complete sit-down breakfast of 2 easy eggs on top of 2 steak patties over a bed of calrose “sticky” rice and coated with beef or chicken broth gravy.

This is comfort food at its best no matter how you serve it!
