It’s okay to not be okay.

Just like physical health, mental health is something that all of us should care for every day of our lives. Whether you’ve been diagnosed with a mental health condition or you simply would like to improve your thoughts and general outlook.

I’ve struggled and still struggle with anxiety and post traumatic stress. Things that keep my mind occupied and moving are the Gym, playing soccer Wednesday nights, and music. Find your passions, find your happiness find what makes you feel free, and remember to just keep going even when things are tough.
